Carolina Ruminot

Carolina Ruminot

Carolina Ruminot is an assistant professor of mathematics education. As a professor specialized in mathematics didactics, contributes to the training and development of skills in mathematics in/ for different programs of the faculty. Her teaching is characterized by innovation and inclusion, by proposing teaching practices adapted to the Franco-Ontarian context. Her research interests include the harmonization of mathematics teaching and evaluation practices. She believes that the implementation of a relevant assessment can contribute to reviewing the teaching of mathematics as a joint effort between teachers and students.

Katherine Moreau

Katherine Moreau

Faculty of Education

Katherine Moreau is an associate professor in Health Professions Education. Her research focuses active patient/family involvement in medical education. She collaborates with pediatric patients, families, clinicians, and researchers to build and define research initiatives that focus on patient and family involvement in the teaching and assessment of health professionals. More recently, during the Covid-19 pandemic, she developed an expertise in online experiential learning in higher education.

Kaylee Eady

Kaylee Eady

Faculty of Education

Kaylee Eady is an assistant professor of Health Professions Education. Her research focuses on patient and family engagement in health professions education and program evaluation. She collaborates with patients, families, and other stakeholders to advance theory and improve practices in health professions education, including those related to teaching and assessment strategies and program evaluation. She also has expertise in mixed-methods and qualitative research designs and aims to advance the use of such methods in health professions education research.
